We manufacture sectional overhead doors with sandwich panel for warehouses, industrial units and loading docks. The panels can be manufactured in different thicknesses according to the insulating requirements. They are made custom-built, even in case of large sizes. Wide range of models and finishes are available. They can include peepholes and pedestrian door.
The insulated roller shutters for industrial uses provide a very high level of insulation being therefore suitable for being used either inward or outward. They operate very quietly, and they are virtually maintenance-free. The aluminium roller shutters occupy minimum space and allow a great flexibility in the design. Maximum safety is guaranteed.
To equalize the space between the loading dock and the vehicle at loading bays, we supply different options according to the different requirements of each project: dock leveler with hinged lip, dock leveler with telescopic lip, vertical loading bridge, loading house or mobile ramps.
The dock shelters seal the truck at the dock to control the temperature and keep out dust, sand or insects to enter during loading and unloading process. We manufacture retractable dock shelters, inflatable dock shelters to keep the cold chain, foamed dock shelters, extensible dock shelters and dock shelters for vans.
The dock bumpers prevent the truck from colliding with the dock leveler and keep the distance between the vehicle and the ramp, warranting the correct loading and unloading operation. The bumpers can be of rubber, polyurethane, polyethylene, steel or iron metal plate, all being hard and long-lasting materials.
