Loading bridge KA-Hidra
The vertical loading dock consists of a hydraulic loading bridge KA Hidra that fills the incline between the vehicle and the logistic warehouse being able to open the doors of the vehicle inside the building. To install this automatic vertical loading bridge instead of a dock leveller as in conventional bays has the advantage of a lower economic cost; and involves less civil work, thus making easier the assembly and maintenance tasks.
The vertical loading bridge KA-Hidra has a range of movement of more than 90º and its vertical resting position allows the closing of the dock door from the front, improving therefore the life of the loading bridge and, the most important, to have under control the temperature of the truck and the logistic industrial unit. So, they are perfect for freezing docks.
As it is manufactured with anti-slip studed steel sheet and a finishing of blue RAL 5010 polyester epoxy resin, this leveller loading bridge for vertical loading bays has a higher resistance to wear caused by the daily work. Also available in hot dip galvanized steel. In addition, it includes safety and control systems that guarantee easy handling, functionality with no risks and great reliability.
It is worth noting that, optionally, the loading bridge KA-Hydra can be connected to different accessories, such as the blockage signal of both the door and the ramp, the inflatable shelter or the dock spotlight Versalight., all of them are built into a single centralized panel.
