Guide LED is the innovative system of truck guidance in the logistic platforms that guarantees the good placement of the vehicle avoiding possible impacts on the dock. Designed for outdoor resistance, it is an accessory for loading docks that is very easy to install and could be complemented with the assembly of the classic centring guides. The light signal with LED technology can emit different colours without hardly dispelling heat, has a low energy consumption and a long useful life. 

The correct alignment of the truck with the logistic dock is essential to guarantee a good sealing, to avoid damages to the vehicle and facilities and to ensure the proper operation of the dock leveller; a fact that will allow carrying out loading and unloading operations with complete safety.

Different options available:

• Guide Led: guide light serving as a useful reference point for the driver of the trailer, making easy the operation of parking at the loading dock, especially at night.

• Guide Led 50: two orange LED guides and one red LED guide activated by a detection sensor adjustable up to 500mm from the dock. It allows interconnection with the door to block it if there is no truck on the dock.

• Guide Led 220: complete guidance system by adjustable position sensor. Formed by two white guides that point to the truck that the loading dock is free and guide it up to approx.. 2,2 m. Two orange guides help to align the truck until the braking point. A red guide flashes and increases the frequency until it remains fixed, indicating the parking point. It allows interconnection with the door to block it if there is no truck on the dock.
