The new roll-up high-speed door for clean rooms in pharmaceutical industry Hermetic Ball stands out for providing high air tightness and for its minimalist design that reveals only the most essential of the door. Both features designed to prevent the entry of air and any external contamination.

Hermetic Ball has a Class 3 Certification with a pressure of 50 Pa (m³/m²h) for the classification to the Air permeability (positive and negative pressure) and a Class 3 with a pressure of 150 Pa (N/m²) for the Resistance to water penetration.

The Hermetic Ball high speed door has the aluminium structure and a light PVC canvas that slides by means of a ball bearing mechanism inside the door guides, which have a minimum clearance that favours the reduced design of the structure. In addition, these guides include a double lip in order to increase the tightness of the door.

Hermetic Ball Basic: motor located on the side of the door.

Hermetic Ball Premium: motor integrated into the upper receptacle of the door together with the control panel, allowing to install the door levelled between walls and to reduce even more the door ensemble.

Both models of the door Hermetic Ball are equipped as standard with reliable security elements like photocells curtain and offer the option to add a contactless push-button MIRWAVE for a more hygienic door opening.
