In the freezing chambers, the most important energy losses occur in the area of the access doors, not only through the joints or the door canvas, but (and more important) during the necessary openings for the entry and exit of the materials.
The super-speed rolling door SSTK-100 is not only a cooler door for freezing chambers, with sealed locking and very well insulated panels but, furthermore, and thanks to its high speed (over 2 m/s), minimizes the entry and exit time, holding off the energy consumption, avoiding the ice formation and the entry of exterior humid air and providing constant environmental conditions.
In order to achieve these technical qualities, this door includes, in the contact areas and between the panels and the edge to the ground, heating resistors that prevent the joints to freeze and the rubber seals to crack. Therefore, it can operate smoothly up to temperatures of 30º below zero in the interior and positive environmental temperatures on the exterior side of the chamber.
Designed for continuous use, this rolling door includes a system of infrared curtain that creates a thick grid of light capable to detect even the smallest objects, as well as a band of wireless contact heated at the bottom edge.
