We manufacture sectional overhead doors with sandwich or glazed panels for warehouses, industrial units and loading docks. The panels can be manufactured in different thicknesses according to the insulating requirements. They are made custom-built, even in case of large sizes. They can include peepholes and pedestrian door.
The roller shutter doors provide a very high level of insulation being therefore suitable for interior and exterior access. Very quiet and safe doors which occupy minimum space. The aluminium roller shutters are low maintenance. Different finishes are available.
At loading bays, to equalize the space between the loading dock and the vehicle, we supply different options according to the different requirements of each project: dock leveler with hinged lip, dock leveler with telescopic lip, vertical loading bridge, loading house or mobile ramps.
The dock shelters seal the truck at the dock to control the temperature and keep out dust, sand or insects to enter during loading and unloading process. We manufacture retractable dock shelters, inflatable dock shelters to keep the cold chain intact, foamed dock shelters, and dock shelters for vans.
The dock bumpers prevent the truck from colliding with the dock leveler and keep the distance between the vehicle and the ramp, warranting the correct loading and unloading operation. The bumpers can be of rubber, polyurethane, polyethylene, steel or iron metal, all being hard and long-lasting materials.
