The vehicle-restraint system POWER CHOCK BASIC 3 is simple, effective, and easy to install, suitable for any loading dock. It is made of a flexible rod that works in conjunction with a high-strength steel wedge and a retention plate fixed to the ground. It comes equipped with an optical sensor on the wheel to confirm correct placement, and includes warning through a traffic light and alarm. Optionally, it allows connection to the dock door.
The model POWER CHOCK PREMIUM 5 and 7 resists up to 25 tons of extraction force thanks to its high resistance steel and its exclusive retention system with a multi-point contact restraining system installed on the ground. Thanks to its articulated arm, the precise positioning of the chock on the retention plate is carried out with practically no effort. It is equipped with 3 sensors (arm, wheel and base) that are linked to an audio-visual communication system (traffic lights and an external alarm). The optical sensor of the wheel confirms the correct placing of the wedge. A complete control, detection and communication system that allows interconnection with the door and the dock leveller.
