Automatic system to retain the truck at the loading dock during the transfer of goods. During the approach, the system works as a guide, centring the truck in the right place and avoiding involuntary blows because a wrong placement with respect to the dock bumpers. This reduces the possibility to damage the truck, the dock shelter, the ramp or the building. The ramp is locked until the rear wheel of the truck is secured by the fastening arm.
The drive of the Autogiro is controlled from inside the loading point. In such a way that drivers do not have to get out of the truck and transit through the exterior area of the docks, guaranteeing the safety of the workers.
This automatic chock adapts to all types of doors, manual and automatic, and is compatible with 98% of the trailers on the market.
The allowed blockage distance between the Automirlock arm and the truck tire is 30 mm. It is regulated by means of the double optoelectronic sensor, allowing maximum precision.
This vehicle retain system does not allow the dock door to be opened if the truck is not locked and it is not unlocked until the door is closed. The entire system is communicated by means of light and acoustic signals for both the operator and the driver.
Characteristics:
- Resin cover: it offers an aesthetic appearance and, in turn, is more tolerant to small impacts or pressures than the manual version.
- Integrated traffic light: two integrated LED strips of high intensity replace the façade traffic light and make it easier for the driver to see.
- Assistant led: it is a white LED strip with an integrated twilight sensor that helps the driver when approaching the dock by lighting the area where he must place himself.
- Winter/summer mode: winter mode is recommended in areas with temperatures below 0ºC. The hydraulic system is activated every four hours to keep the entire oil circuit in good condition. Motor oil is biodegradable above 95% and its freezing point is -25ºC.
- Double optoelectronic sensor: the double sensor allows the tire to be locked with maximum precision. It detects and, in turn, discards the flaps that truck tires have. It is regulated through the potentiometer that must reach 600 mm to ensure detection.
- Acoustic signal: an acoustic signal is activated during movement, both in the locking and unlocking actions. It is also activated when it indicates an alarm in the PLC. In no case can the driver voluntarily remove the locking arm.
