Advanced signalling and safety system for loading docks designed to optimise vehicle manoeuvring and protect personnel in high-activity logistics environments. It improves visibility, reduces collision risks and provides more precise control during loading and unloading operations.
The system integrates two complementary solutions:
DCW System (Dock Collision Warning System)
An intelligent visual guidance system combining LED technology and proximity sensors to assist drivers during docking manoeuvres. Green lights indicate that the dock is free, while as the truck approaches, a red signal is activated, increasing in intensity according to distance. At 50 cm from the dock, the lights flash, indicating the optimal stopping position, enabling a precise, fast and safe docking operation.
DPS System (Dock Pedestrian Safety System)
A pedestrian detection system designed to enhance safety at the loading dock during vehicle manoeuvres. When a truck is operating, the system detects personnel presence in the area and automatically activates a warning panel with visual and acoustic signals, providing immediate alert and reducing the risk of accidents.
Both systems can operate independently or in combination, adapting to the requirements of each installation and reinforcing overall safety at the loading dock.
