Dock leveller Telesco Van model
The dock leveller Telesco Van is designed so that the same loading dock can be used for different transport vehicles. Thanks to the segmented telescopic lip, it bridges the gap between the ramp and the vehicle floor, even if they are far apart, adapting to both delivery vans and large tonnage lorries. It is ideal for e-commerce platforms or industries with a single loading dock and different types of vehicles.
For vans with narrower body, the effective width of the lip is reduced to 1,200mm and the leveller capacity is 20kN. When used for truck loading, the lip width changes to 1950mm and the ramp capacity is 60kN. During the loading and unloading manoeuvre, the leveller automatically adapts to different heights.
The dock leveller Telesco Van for loading docks is made of steel with a finishing of painted blue RAL 5010 and is supplied together with a fixing metal frame.
Standard lip: with 6º fold. It can be used when the truck bed is above or below the dock height.
Straight lip option: no fold. It is used when the loading platform is level or above. With the long bevel, it improves the ergonomics for the passage of small vehicles having small and hard wheels.
