Sectional door for chambers storing and ripening fruit having a tight and effective locking to ensure the correct food processing.
The top range Ripening Sec door certifies the control of special factors in terms of permanent temperature, humidity and hygiene, and provides a greater sealing to the gas. Thanks to the high-quality insulating materials with which it is manufactured and that provide a superb guarantee for the fruit cooling and ripening.
This sectional door is manufactured with a 40- or 80-mm sandwich panel, an extra set of joints with triple lip around the entire perimeter of the sheet, and a double acrylic window that works as an emergency exit. It allows up to four different types of lifting: horizontal, vertical, high elevation and high reverse elevation. With the track of special design, there is no need to build additional door frames, because in most cases a levelling surrounding the opening is sufficient.
The doors for fruit ripening can operate manually or automatically and are equipped with the latest security measures. The standard panel finishing is painted yellow on the outside and white on the inside. Optionally, it can be other colours, and the exterior panel painted or screen printed. Likewise, the guide and accessories can be in stainless steel AISI 304 or white lacquered finishing.
