The automatic glass door FD20 F offers an easy pedestrian passage for day-to-day use and, if necessary, a firewall closing, safe emergency exit and evacuation way.
In case of fire, the door closes from any position. The anti-smoke fireproof barrier can then be manually opened to start the emergency exit operation. The automatisms including the reverse function are ideal to remove and ventilate the smoke from buildings, emergency exits and evacuation ways. The doors are opened by the strength of the inner spring and are closed driven by the motor. This ensures that, in case of lack of an electrical current or fire alarm, that the door could be reliably opened (so that smoke and the heat could leave and be cleared in a controlled manner). It is possible, therefore, to manage without the corresponding emergency power source.
Pass-Glass FD20 F offers the following functions:
• Doors available with one or two sheets.
• Electromechanical opening.
• Closing controlled day-to-day, with spring effect and motor assisted.
• Bumper integrated in the automatism (optional).
Optimised fire-resistant function
• In the event of fire or power failure, closing by spring function.
• Simple start on side lid, for after the fire alarm.
• LED indicator for fire alarm, integrated on the side lid.
• Authorised “reverse” function, with no power opening, to remove smoke.
• Two sheet doors including closing sequence controller.
They can be connected directly to the automatism:
• Alarm control centre.
• Up to three fire detectors per each automatism.
• Switch activating the alarm, manually/resetting.
• Signs (24 V / 0.1 A)
• 4 additional acoustic generators or optical signal (relay card).
