ZIP Protect is an industrial rapid door designed to protect personnel in automated environments and areas with operating machinery, such as welding robots, robotic cells, or equipment with operational risks. Its main function is to prevent access to the work area while the machine is running, enhancing workplace safety and process control.
 

This model stands out for its zip-guided system (ZIP system), which keeps the curtain fully guided along the side tracks throughout its travel. This technology ensures optimal closure, high stability against air movements, and reliable operation, even during intensive cycles. It also prevents the curtain from leaving the guides and reduces maintenance, ensuring long-lasting durability.
 

The ZIP Protect door is roll-up type and features a high-strength PVC curtain, combining flexibility and robustness to withstand continuous use in demanding industrial environments. Its compact design facilitates integration into existing installations and spaces with limited room.
 

Equipped with a frequency inverter to adjust the opening and closing speed, it provides smooth and safe operation. The safety system, with a full-width photocell curtain, ensures obstacle detection and operator protection.
 

Available in different finishes and options according to each application’s needs, such as various curtain colors, special fabrics (e.g., anti-static), or vision windows in crystal-quality PVC, as well as versions specifically for welding areas.
