The fastest industrial door! Up to 5m/s.
High-speed door with synchronized double-sheet opening intended for places having reduced lintel or doorjambs and needing very fast opening. Ideal for fast logistic works in the premise, passage of forklifts or entrance to confined compartments. With the “Sprint” option, the door can reach a maximum speed up to 5 m/s. it is immediately closed afterwards thanks to a safe electric motor.
The self-supporting structure does not have complex support elements and it is manufactured in galvanized steel and black painted (RAL 9005). The winding mechanism is integrated in the lateral feet and is closed to protect the hands. The other mechanisms, cylinders and the hydraulic group, are housed inside the upper platform so they do not occupy space on the sides of the door.
Each of the two sheets is made up by a double canvas of a polyester fabric coated with PVC, very resistant to tearing and having high thermal and acoustic insulation values. The colour of the finishing of the canvas is a standard yellow one, but it is available in other colours. Optionally, it can be made without PVC according to food regulations, with antistatic finishing or with a fabric of low inflammability. It can also include a transparent transversal strip that improves the vision in both directions at all times, even during the opening and closing of the door.
Thanks to the speed of the door during the opening/closing cycle, the air currents and the heat exchange are reduced, and therefore energy consumption is decreased.
