New industrial doors certifications for fruit ripening chambers

Our doors Ripening Secc, designed for fruit and vegetable ripening and conservation chambers, have obtained two important certifications, which confirm our commitment to the progress and improvement of industrial doors.

In the Applus+ laboratories and in accordance with the UNE-EN 13241:2004+A2:2017 standard, the Angel Mir R&D team has achieved spectacular results for Air permeability classification (positive and negative pressure), achieving Class 6, with a pressure of 100 Pa (m3/m2h), being twice what the regulations require; and for the classification of Resistance to water penetration, Class 3 has been achieved with a pressure of 150 Pa (N/m2), tripling in this case, the minimum required.

The doors Ripening Secc are hermetic sectional doors that require reinforced gas sealing to keep fruit ripening under control and ensure optimal performance. With these tests and certifications, it is verified that they are doors with the highest tightness classifications: Class 6 gases and Class 3 water.
