These are the ideal speed doors for cold and freezing rooms

Instant Pass ISO is the stackable speed door intended for negative temperature rooms having a continuous use. It is made with double isolating canvas, stainless steel structure and special brushes at the jambs to improve the sealing. Optionally, it allows to add heaters on some of the elements, such as motor, panel or guides, to improve the resistance to low temperatures.

Applications: to be installed between freezer rooms, or between a freezer rooms and a positive temperature room; in the last case, it is advisable to combine it with an insulating chamber door, to be closed during the least active hours. See video.

Instant Roll ECO is the rolling speed door for positive temperature cold stores. The isolating foam canvas and the side joints maintain both the temperature and the sealing of the room. The structure of the door is available in galvanized or stainless steel. The control panel and the motor are prepared for humid surroundings.

Applications: between positive temperature cold rooms or between these and ambient temperature rooms. See video.

Instant Roll ISO C3 is the rolling speed door allowing to isolate with a single door the negative temperature cold stores. The door consists of three canvases and a system of magnets on the guides that prevent the loses of temperature. The structure can be of aluminium or stainless steel and includes a dehumified air curtain to prevent the formation of frost.

 Applications: between freezer rooms, or between a freezer rooms and a positive temperature room. They are also suitable as doors for fruit ripening or salami drying. See video

How to guarantee a complete thermal seal at the refrigerated loading dock?

We provide a special and unique system to obtain an isolated and isothermal loading and unloading dock that does not alter the cold chain in the logistic, chemical, food or pharmaceutical platform. We are talking about the Isoperfect System made up of a telescopic dock leveller, a sectional door Sandwich or a roller shutter Mirtherm and an inflatable dock shelter including a sealing cushion at the bottom. The operation of the whole makes it possible to open the doors of the truck inside the dock, providing a perfect sealing that allows maintaining a constant temperature during the loading and unloading of the goods, and preventing external pollution, such as dust, smoke, insects, etc., to enter.
